Abstract
The firm value is the investor's perception of the company associated with the stock price. High stock prices made the firm value is also high. One of the company's goals generally is to get maximum profit and increase the value of the company. This research aims to determine and examine the effect of environment performance, capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The subject of this research use manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and follow assessment program of environmental performance (PROPER) 2012-2016. Environment performance is proxied with PROPER, capital structure is proxied with DER, profitability is proxied with ROA, firm size is proxied with SIZE, and firm value is proxied with PBV. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and obtained 207 sample companies. The method in this research used secondary data. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data analysis shows that environment performance and profitability have a positive effect to firm value, while capital structure and firm size have no effect on firm value. This means that good environment performance and profitability can add value to the value of the firm as indicated by the increasing Price Book Value (PBV) of the companies.
