Abstract
The value of a company is an investor's assessment of the company. One of the company's goals is generally to get the maximum profit and increase the value of the company. The value of the firm is the investor's perception of the company as measured by the book value. This study aims to examine the influence of ownership structure, coar composition, and corporate social responsibility to firm value of bank in ASEAN period 2014-2016. The sampling technique in this study used census technique. Data analysis technique used in this research Is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data analysis shows that board composition have an effect on firm value, while ownership and corporate social responsibility has no effect to firm value. This shows that board decision is important and can increase the value of the company, as indicated by the increase in the value of Price to Book Value (PBV). Key word : firm value, ownership structure, board composition, corporate social responsibility
