Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine and analyze ownership structure and board composition influence financial performance. The independent variable that use in this study are board composition, CEO dualism, foreign ownership, managerial ownership, and ownership concentration The dependent variable that use in this study is financial performance which measured by Return On Asset (ROA). Sample of this study is Banking company in Shoutheast Asia registered in www.orbis.bvdinfo.com which published that financial report or annual report in 2014-2016. The technique of data analysis that use in study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 For Windows. The result of this study explain that board composition, CEO dualism, foreign ownership, managerial ownership has influence financial performance and ownership concentration has no influence financial performance. Keywords: financial performance, board composition, CEO dualism, foreign ownership, managerial ownership and concentration ownership.
