Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine where variable LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously or partially have significant influence agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. Data collecting method used in this research is secondary data source from quarterly financial statement from banks. Financial statement appendix researched from first quarterly financial statement 2010 until second quarterly financial statement 2015. Data analysis technique used in this research in multiple linier regression analysis, F-test and T-test. Research determination criteria are four on National Private Banks Go Public shaving total asset up to 25 trillion until 65 trillion at second quarterly 2015. Based on those criteria then samples used are Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Bank Ekonomi Raharja, Bank Mayapada Internasional, and Bank Mega. Research periode started first quarterly 2010 until second quarterly 2015. The result of research shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. LDR, IPR, and FBIR partially have positive significant influence agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. NPL, and APB partially have negative insignificant influence agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. PDN partially have positive insignificant influence agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. IRR and BOPO partially have negative significant influence agains ROA on The National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. Key words : Business Risk and ROA
