Abstract
The study aims to determine the relationship between debt policy, liquidity, profitability and assets growth of the company dividend policy both simultaneously and partially. This research uses secondary data, using purposive sampling of 95 companies selected manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The study concluded that simultaneous variables debt policy, liquidity, profitability, and assets growth significant effect of dividend policy. While the partial, variable debt policy liquidity, profitability has no significant effect, while variable assets growth has a positive and significant effect.
