Abstract
The high of firm value is one purpose of the company to describe about the success rate of the company that related with stock price. Several factors that may affect on firm value is low of debt policy, high of profitability and dividend policy. This research was purposed to find out the effect of debt policy on firm value with dividend policy as moderating variable. The population in this research were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial statements and annual reports published by each company. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Methods of analysis in this study used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that debt policy had negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy can not moderate the relationship between debt policy and firm value. But dividend policy can moderated the relationship between profitability and firm value. Keywords : Firm Value, Debt Policy, Profitability and Dividend Policy
