Abstract
The aims of this research at examining the influence of environmental performance, board of commissioners size, independent commissioners and the number of commissary chamber meeting on the environmental disclosure in minning companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. As dependent variable, Environmental Disclosure were measured by a weighted score Global Reporting Initiatie (GRI-G4) Guidelines. The population of this research are 64 of minning companies and selected by purposive sampling method, which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and listed to be participant’s PROPER in 2012-2016. Data analysis method used multiple linier regression analysis. The result from this research show that is environmental performance and independet commissioners have no effect on environmental disclosure, but board of commissioners size and the number of commissary chamber meeting have significant positive effect on environmental disclosure.
