Abstract
funding decision on company had a lot ways, one of the funding decisions is debt policy. the objective of this study is to examine the impact of free cash flow,dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity. on debt policy the sampling method use purposive sampling for manufacturing company which listed in idx for periode 2014-2016. there are 51 companies which meet the criteria. the method using multiple liner regression. the result show that free cash flow and liquidity has impact on debt policy while the dividend policy and profitability doesn’t have impact toward debt policy. the result have implication that manufacturing should manage free cash flow and liquidity in order to minime debt.
