Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and prove the influence among leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, and profitability ratio with the dividend policy as a moderating variable . The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the BEI. Sampling method performed with purposive sampling method, and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples is a sample of 10 mining companies that pay dividend during the period 2010 until 2016. The research type is using quantitative research because in analysis the research variables are using statistic 7 year period since the year of 2010 until 2016. The analysis technique used moderated linear regression using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study show that : 1) leveragehas no significant negative effect toward the value of company, 2)liquidity significant positive effect toward the value of company,3) profitability significant positive effect toward the value of company, 4) dividend policy significant negative effect toward the value of company, 5) dividend policy can also use to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value.
