Abstract
The background of this research is for reach the purpose of this research is to know increase the company profitability (net profit margin, operating profit margin, and return on equity) after IPO 2009-2013 period. The population of this research is a company that performs Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 until 2013, with sample forty five companies taken by means of purposive of samping. The technique of collecting data in this research uses the thecnique information. The technique analysis of data done with described financial data company samples that is the ratio profitability a period three years before and three years after Initial Public Offering (IPO), use statictics decscriptive, and also use statictics analytical with wilcoxon signed rank. The research result showed that only return on equity which have higher value after IPO.
