Abstract
this study aimed to examine the effect of the performance of the company and market performance on returns. stock a company's performance is measured by liquidity (currentratio), solvency (debt to equityratio), profitability (returnonassets), activity (totalassets turnover) and market performance is measured by the price earningsratio.this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method. this study used a sample of the research is a company incorporated in thesector property and real estate listed on the stock exchange indonesia 2010-2015. total sample research is 16 companies. the results showed that the sector of real estate property and the period 2010-2015; cr, der, roa, tato, and per simultaneously has no effect on returns. partially current ratio has no effect on returnstock, debt to equity ratio significantly positive effect on returnstock,return on assets has no effect on return stock, total asset turnover is not significant positive effect on return stock,and price earnings ratio has no effect on return stock.
