Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables LDR, IPR, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, IRR, and GCG whether have a significant influence simultaneously and partially to ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Bank. The sample of this study there are eleven banks, namely: Bank Artos Indonesia, Bank Dinar Indonesiaa, Tbk., Bank fama Internasional, Bank Harda Internasional, Tbk., Bank Ina Perdana, Tbk., Bank Jasa Jakarta, Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi, Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, Bank Victoria International, Tbk., dan Prima Master Bank. Data and data collection methods in this study are secondary data taken from the website of the financial services authority as well as the annual reports of each sample bank. Research period is from 2012 until 2016. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and use multiple linear regression analysis, f table and t table. The results of this study indicate that LDR, IPR, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, IRR, and GCG simultaneously have a significant influence on ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. LDR, FBIR, GCG partially have a non-significant negative effect on ROA at Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Bank. BOPO and IRR partially have a significant negative effect on ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. IPR partially has a significant positive ROA effect on Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. NPL partially has a positive influence which is not significant for ROA at Non-Foreign Exchange Private National Commercial Bank. Keywords: Business Risk, Good Corporate Governance, ROA.
