Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the causes of decrease in Return On Equity Bank Regional Development. This study aims to determine whether the LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant influence simultaneously and partially to ROE. Data collection methods used in this study is secondary data taken from the financial statetments of regions bank, starting from the first quarter of 2012 to the second quarter of 2017. The data analysis techniques in this study is to analyze using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis, F test, and t test. The sample criteria for determining the research are four Regional Development Banks with a core capital of over five trillion rupiahs in june 2017. Based on the criteria, the sample used is Bank Jawa Barat and Banten, Bank DKI, Bank Jawa Timur and Bank Jawa Tengah. The results of this study are LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect simultaneously to ROE. The results of this study are LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect simultaneously on Return On Equity. There are two variables that are not significant the LDR and NPL. Significant variable is the LAR, IPR, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR. Keyward : Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, ROE.
