The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, dividend policy and firm size on firm value property, real estate and construction building sector in 2012-2016. The population in this research is companies in the property, real estate and building construction sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounted to 49 companies period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so the final sample in this research is 30 companies. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application. The result of the analysis shows that dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value property, real estate and construction building sector in 2012-2016, the leverage, liquidity and firm size does not affect the firm value property, real estate and construction building sector in 2012-2016.
