Abstract
Profitability is one of the most important issues in many companies. The higher the profitability then the more effective the company in carrying out its operational activities so as to increase profit optimally. This study aims to examine the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover and sales growth on profitability by using various industry companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. Samples taken based on certain criteria or purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive and statistical method by using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, while test using hypothesis t test to test partial influence and F test to test simultaneous influence with 5% significance level. The results partially with the t test shows i that the turnover working capital and cash turnover positive and is not significant effect whereas receivable turnover, inventory turnover and sales growth have a positive significant effect on profitability.
