Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the LDR, NLP, IRR, PDN, ROA, and FBIR together have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously and partially to the Bank Go Public. Collection methods used in this research is purposive sampling method, in which the Bank's private national Go Public is selected as the study sample was PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and PT Bank Permata Tbk in the period of 2010 until 2015 the second quarter. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the LDR, NPLs, IRR, PDN, ROA, and FBIR simultaneously have a significant influence on ROA. And BOPO variables have a significant effect on ROA, but LDR, NPLs, IRR, PDN, and FBIR not have a significant effect on ROA. At the end, the most dominant variables on ROA is BOPO. Keywords: bank went public, liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, and operational risk
