Abstract
This research is aimed to examine and find empirical evidence on the effect of firm size, dividend policy, capital structure, and investment decisions on firm value. The population of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The total sample used in this research were 384 companies. The sample chosen by purposive sampling method every year from 2014 until 2016 so that 421 samples are obtained. This research uses multiple linier regression descriptive method. The statistical results show that: (1) firm size has positive effect on firm value, (2) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (3) capital structure has negative significant effect to firm value, and (4) investment decision has significant positive effect to the value of the value. Adjusted R2 indicates that 6.2% of independent variables affect firm size, dividend policy, capital structure, and investment decisions, while 90.8% are influenced by other factors.
