Abstract
A manufacturing company has a goal to increase on firm value, need a various of financial decisions that is funding decisions, investment decisions and dividend policy with three financial decisions are expected to maximize the value of the manufacturing company and investor welfare. This study aimed to determine the effect of funding decisions, investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 to 2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling technique amounted to 15 companies. Research hypothesis test uses multiple regression analysis, with the help of software tools SPSS 22. The results of this study show that the funding decision a significant negative effect on firm value, investment decisions are significant positive effect on firm value, and negative effect dividend policy is not significant on firm value. Keywords: funding decisions, investment decisions, dividend policy and the firm value.
