Abstract
Established a goal of the company is to prosper owner company or shareholders. In defending the company and order companies can compete in the business world, a company must be able to increase the value of the company. This research aims to examine the influence of managerial ownership, capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. In this research use PBV as firm value measurement. The samples in this study is using food and beverage companies year period 2014-2016. Total observations is 39 observations. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple regression analysis. The result of research showed that (1) managerial ownership has influence on firm value, (2) capital structure has influence on firm value, (3) profitability has influence on firm value, (4) firm size has no influence on firm value. Managerial ownership, capital structure, and profitabilitycan increase firm value. Firm size can’t increase or decrease firm value.
