Abstract
The purpose of This study is to examine the effect of free cash flow, leverage, profitability, liquidity, and managerial ownership in the dividend policy of testing investigation in the mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges from 2012-2016. Purposive sampling is a method used in determining the sample in this study, samples were obtained by 19 companies and to 52 observation. Multiple linier regression analysis is a method used in the study. After the analysis found taht the independent variables are the result of the leverage and profitability have an effect on the dividend policy, as well as free cash flow, liquidituy and managerial ownership have not an effect on the dividend policy. Key words : free cash flow, profitability, leverage,liquidity, managerial ownership,dividend policy
