Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL), to Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study are conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with conventional conventional bank criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016, conventional commercial banks by publishing reports complete finance and conventional commercial banks that generate profits continuously during the year 2012 - 2016. Retrieved a total sample of 105 companies from 215 commercial banks in Indonesia period 2012-2015. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test with level of significance 0.05 using SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that the LDR did not affect the ROA because the significance value> 0.05. NPL and CAR have an effect on ROA because significance value <0,05. Keywords: CAR, LDR, NPL and ROA.
