Abstract

Cash is the most liquid element of assets so that with sufficient cash availability then the company will have no difficulty in meeting the obligations due. The cash flow statement provides useful information for users of the report as a basis for assessing the company's ability to generate cash and cash equivalents and assess the level of corporate liquidity. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the level of liquidity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk by using cash flow statement analysis . The method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method that is comparing cash flow statements and measure the cash flow ratio of 2012-2016, then evaluated by trend analysis. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the company each year has a very fluctuating amount of cash and cash equivalents. The level of liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia during 2012-2016 can be said good, because the company is able to pay its current liabilities only with operating cash flows and cash dividends in that period without support from other activities.
