Abstract
This research is aimed to know whether the Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Firm Size and Free Cash Flow of the debt policy on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt policy is a dependent variable, while managerial ownership, institusional ownership, firm size, and free cash flow are independent variable. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study is the minning sector companies manufacture which listed on the indonesian stock exchange 2012-2016. Data were collected by using purposive sampling method. Therefore, there are 79 minning companies became the object of research. The result of this research described that institusional ownership and firm size take effect to debt policy. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, and free cash flow does not influence to debt policy. Key words : Debt Policy, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Firm Size and Free Cash Flow.
