Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the extent to which the understanding of business players on the accounting standard financial entity without accountability public ( study in msmes individuals in the city of surabaya ). The number of samples research as many as 30 respondents of msmes individuals that there are in the city of surabaya with the sample, convenience of sampling techniques who uses a tool test namely, crosstab test. Based on the data it is concluded that the form of understanding the offender msmes individuals against the accounting standard financial entity without accountability public study in msmes individuals in the city of surabaya is low. Financial Standard Of Entities Without Public Accountability to msmes not widely known by business. The minimum socialization be the cause of a lack of familiar Financial Standard Of Entities Without Public Accountability in environments msmes.
