Abstract
Research conducted on a small industrial UD. BOY in Gresik are engaged in the shrimp fishery in particular was found that in general fish trading business is very dependent on natural conditions that lead to business survival in the field of fisheries trade unstable. In the venture business is very simple, namely shrimp weighing, sorting and selling shrimp to shrimp processing factories earned from the sale of shrimp harvested by shrimp farmers. In accounting practice trading business is still very simple, it is because environmental factors are less of the science of accounting, business process which is simple and unstable business conditions caused the owners are reluctant to prepare financial statements in full.
