Abstract
This study discusses the risk of murabaha contract, as we all know that murabaha financing is in great demand by the public, especially in the Islamic Financial Services Cooperative BTM "MULIA" is because it is considered a fast and easy in practice. This study using a qualitative descriptive design with a technique of observation, documentation and interviews. This study took place in the Islamic Financial Services Cooperative BTM "MULIA". The results of this study were (1) where the product is widely used as a payment murabaha consumption and there is also the capital being used as business continuity, (2) risks associated with murabaha many payments, goods and also the collateral, (3) risk management is carried out murabaha Islamic Financial Services cooperative BTM "MULIA" is pretty good in its management, it's just that there are some management particularly with respect to goods that are less precise, ie murabaha contract made before the goods are diwakalahkan in the hands of Islamic Financial Services cooperative BTM "MULIA". Limitations of this study is where the lack of risks associated with the customer, because of the Islamic Financial Services Cooperatives no risks associated with customer risk, but in this study researchers get a new risk is the risk associated with collateral.
