Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, and FACR simultaneously and partially toward Return on Assets (ROA) in the Regional Development Banks. The sample used in this research is bank of Aceh, Regional Development Banks of Papua, and Regional Development Banks of southern and western Sulawesi. This research period starting from the first quarter of 2010 until the second quarter of 2015. The technique of data analysisin this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, ROA, FBIR, and FACR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA in the Regional Development Banks. LDR, and IPR, partially has positive significant influence toward ROA. BOPO, APB, IRR, and FACR partially has negative significant influence toward ROA. NPL partially has positive unsignificant influence toward ROA. FBIR partially has negative unsignificant influence toward ROA. Among the eight independent variables that have the most dominant influence on ROA is BOPO because it has the highest coefficient of determination among other independent variables. Keywords: liquidity ratio, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency, and Solvency.
