Abstract
Provision of bank credit is a main task, such as the provision of working capital. Function of working capital loans to finance capital goods and modernize or as an extension of the company. Credit process includes personal information of borrowers, the financial condition of the last 3 years, and the guarantee proposed by prospective borrower. Assessment conducted in research was limited to the financial aspects that can affect a loan can be granted or not. The study was conducted to determine how the Bank Mega that in this case becomes the object research using financial ratio analysis and assessment of collateral as a means to assess the feasibility of working capital proposed by PT XYZ. The subject of this study were clients of the bank is concerned that XYZ is engaged in the trade. The data used are secondary data obtained from the bank in the form of a company's financial statements for 3 years. The results showed that the bank implementing and using financial ratio analysis and assessment of collateral. Assessment analysis of financial ratios are calculated the same as in theory. Performance appraisal company that conducted financial aspects of the company didasarkasn on from year to year. Conclusions made in this research indicate that PT XYZ does not deserve credit for working capital. Key Words : Working capital loans, Financial ratio analysis, Collateral
