Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze of the influence of a variable antecedents (Locus of control, role conflict, organization culture, and organization structure) on variable consequents (organizational commitment, professional commitment) in an accountant educator. This research using methods purposive sampling and data used is the primary form of a questioner. The sample used must have the following criteria, a certificated lecturer minimum doing my master's degree of a major in accounting, b) has certificate of AA-Pekerti The respondents are accountants’ educators in a university A department of accreditation in accounting on the Surabaya. Data is collected from respondent answered from the questioner, the amount of 75 respondents. Than this data to be analyze by using of multiple regression with a variable dummy using SPSS 17.0 program. Result of this research is identified three factors, (role conflict, organization culture, organizational structure). Role conflict that effect on organizational commitment and professional commitment, organizational structure that effect on organizational commitment, organization culture that effect on organizational commitment.
