Abstract
Cooperative enterprises is activity who directly related with interest of members to assign the business entity and welfare of member. Such as other business entity, cooperative can also perform activities as similiar other business entity. The existence of going concern on cooperative is to find out how condition of business survival on cooperative Praja Tulada Surabaya which has in recent years that has not shown significant improvements in their business entity. Research has analyzed the data in all wealth as far as close as possible in the form of recordings and transcripts which is presentation of data obtained as result research by providing picture according what it is consistent with the fact at the time of conducting research. If seen cooperative condition and the environmental condition on the Pucang market Surabaya inferential that cooperative Praja Tulada can grow and prosper if all cooperative management would rise up and unite of existing members. At the point of the matter is not easy to set up the cooperative. Needed capital, capabilities and also good organization management. Keyword : Cooperative, Going Concern
