Abstract
The financial reports commonly used as the information in assessing the potential changes of economic resources, which can be controlled in future, and in predicting the production capacity of the resources owned. The financial reports derived from the analysis of financial reports, in turn, used as the tools in future decision making process. Research located in Koperasi STIE PERBANAS Surabaya. Data taken from 2008-2010 periods of financial reports. The liquidty ratios (i.e., current ratio, acid test ratio, cash ratio), solvability ratios (i.e., debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio), activity ratios (i.e., period of receivable turnover, receivable turn over, total turnover of fixed assets, total assets turnover), and profitability ratios (i.e., profit margin, return on assets)were used as the indicators of financial performance. And the results showed the improvement of the proportion of period of receivable turnover, the fixed asset turnover, profit margin, and return on asset. However, cash, solvability ratio, the receivable turnover were decreased. Keywords : financial reports, liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios.
