Abstract
The title of research is “Analysis of the ratio as a measure of social performance in the Bank Muamalat Indonesia”. The purpose this research is to know the social performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Because, Bank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic Bank has two functions, business function and social function.This research used social performance ratio, that is: Economic Development Contribution (KPE), Contribution To Community (KKM), Contribution To Stakeholder (KUS), Enhancement Capacity SDI and Riset (PKSR), and Economic Development Distribution (DPE) to know the social performance of the Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Type of data used in this research is secondary data from annual financial statements period 2006 – 2010 have been published.The result of this research shows that level of social performance Bank Muamalat Indonesia in the period 2007 2009 has increased. But in 2010, the level of social performance Bank Muamalat Indonesia decreased by 16,27 from the previous year. So that predicate social performance Bank Muamalat Indonesia received the predicate is not good or is still not optimal on the basis of this research in performing its social performance. Keywords: Analysis Ratio, Social Performance Ratio.
