Abstract
Delisting is a deletion of effects from effect list that listed on stock exchange, so that effect can not be traded again. Delisting happens because of petition of company, and Delisting also happens because the company can not fulfill listing criteria by stock exchange. This study aims to determine whether factors that affect financial ratios as predictors of the condition of financial distress of companies that assessed the level of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity level of the market at a manufacturing company of Indonesia Stock Exchange delisted the period 2007-2009 and is listed manufacturing company Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2004-2009. Analysis of the data used is the logit regression analysis to determine the predictive power of financial ratios to determine a company's financial distress. Financial ratios that are tested by logistic regression found eight significant variables in predicting a company's financial distress. Significant variables were: the current ratio, quick ratio, the average age of accounts receivable, inventory turnover, debt to total assets, profit margin, return on equity, and price earnings ratio.
