Abstract
Firm value the value of the company are certain conditions that have been achieved by a company and related to the stock price. the objective of this research is to analyses the impact of company’s performance, good corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The statistical method used is multiple regression analysis. Using the data from 60 observations manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The results show that performance of the company are measured by Return on Equity significant positive effect to the firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio insignificant negative to the firm value, Good Corporate Governance is measured by the board size and audit committee insignificant effect to the firm value, while managerial ownership significant negative effect to the firm value, and Corporate Social Responsibility significant positive effect to the firm value. the implications of this research are companies should further improve its performance by increasing ROE, increase disclosure of CSR which helps investors to obtain information about the company, and also increase the proportion of shareholding to management so that it can help increase the value of the company Key words : firm value, performance of company, good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility.
