Abstract
This study discusses the effect of book value, market value and earnings of return received by shareholders. This research was conducted to determine the effect of book value, market value and earnings to return in the received by shareholders.Variables included the study of the book value, market value and earnings as independent variables and stock returns as the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study is secondary data.Financial statement data obtained from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) years of 2005-2009 while the data publication of financial statements, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and IDX during the period.Results research during the study period showed that simultaneous book value, market value (MBV), earnings (EPS) is jointly significant effect on stock returns. Partially with a significant level of five percent, of the book value, market value and earnings only the market value (MBV), which has a significant effect on stock returns, whereas the book value and earnings (EPS) is not an insignificant effect on stock returns.
