Abstract
The research aims to analyze whether the four variables such LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN and BOPO simultaneously and partially has significant influence to ROA and go public Commercial Bank. Sample in this research are Commersial Banks to Go Public such as Bank Sentral Asia, Mandiri, Bank Nasiaonal Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Technique of data analyzing in this research is descriptive analyze and using multiple linier regression analyze.The result of research show that LDR, NPL,IRR, PDN and BOPO jointly have a significant influence againts ROA on Go Public commersial Banks. PDN partially have an significant positif influence to ROA on Go Public Commersial Bank. NPL and IRR partially have an significant positive negatif influence to ROA on Go Public Commercial Banks. BOPO partially have an significant negative influence to ROA on Go Public Commersial Bank.
