Abstract
The purpose of the research is to determine the effect on financial performance in banking companies. This research is a quantitative research with the population of all companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2015. Sampling method used. The analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20 program. Data technique used in this research is documentation. The method undertaken by collecting secondary data and all information required from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) that can be accessed at www.idx.co.id. The result of the research shows 1) the commissioner is partially insignificant to the financial performance of the company, 2) the board of directors is partially insignificant to the financial performance of the company, 3) the audit committee is partially significant to the financial performance of the company, 4) the partially insignificant institutional to the financial performance banking companies. 5) simultaneously board of commissioners, boards of directors, audit committees, and institutional institutions have an influence on the financial performance of banking companies
