Abstract
Debt policy is a decision that can be taken by the company to obtain funds from third parties. This research aim to examine (1) the effect of managerial ownership on debt policy in property, real estate and building constructions companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015, (2) the effect of institutional ownership on debt policy in property, real estate and building constructions companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015, (3) the effect of firm size on debt policy in property, real estate and building constructions companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015 and (4) the effect assets structure on debt policy in property, real estate and building constructions companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015. The subject of this research is property, real estate and building constructions companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015 were selected by purposive sampling. The analysis method in this research used multiple regression analysis. The results of regression analysis was managerial ownership does not influence on debt policy, institutional ownership influence on debt policy, firm size influence on debt policy, assets structure does not influence on debt policy.
