Abstract

In the more advanced age of this sub-sector banks in Indonesia are competing to increase the company's value. The higher the value of a banking company, it will show the company's prospects are good in the future. Given this will certainly attract the interest of investors to invest in banks. the purpose of this study was to examine influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) Against banking firm Values (PBV). This study used a sample of 24 banking companies acquired by purposive sampling method. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the F test results simultaneously variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly firm Value (PBV). While the results of partial t test showed that the only variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return On Equity (ROE) which have a significant effect on firm value (PBV). While variable Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had no significant effect on firm value (PBV). Keyword: Firm Value (PBV), CAR, ROA, ROE and EPS.
