Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and the stock price to cash dividends. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the profitability, leverage and stock price to cash dividends on the companies included in the index LQ - 45 listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as well as the annual report of 2012 - 2015. In the company acquired as many as 25 samples of 61 companies listed in LQ - 45. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and stock prices have no significant positive effect on cash dividends (DPR).
