Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine of the effect of environmental performance and corporate social responsibility disclosure on financial performance. The population of this study is all mining company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed for 2010-2015. Sampling method using purposive sampling and obtain 36 data observation. The first results for environmental performance has an influence toward financial performance and for the second hypothesis indicated corporate social responsibility disclosure has an influence on the financial performance. Keywords: environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, PROPER, and financial performance.
