Abstract
Capital structure is the decision to choose source financial in order to determine the need of the company. The source financial can be obtained from outside or inside of the company. A company has to be able to appropriately choose the combination of source financial, so that company can gain a maximum profit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assets structure, profitability, assets growth, and sales growth to capital structure. This research use quantitative research. This study use secondary data from company financial statements. The determination of sample using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The population of this study is index companies LQ 45 period 2012-2014 and the sample in this study is 72 companies. The results of this study explained that asset structure and assets growth has no effect on capital structure, but profitability and sales growth effect on capital structure.
