Abstract
Investors can invest more than one country, so it could cause the linkages between stock exchange globally. This research aims to examine the influence of Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100), Nikkei 225 and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) of the Composite Stock Price Index-Jakarta Composite Stock Exchange (JKSE) in Indonesian Stock Exchange period of 2012 -2014. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where the significance level used was 0.05. The sample used in this research is composite index of Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100), Nikkei 225, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) and Composite Stock Price Index-Jakarta Composite Stock Exchange (JKSE) period of 2012 -2014. The results from this research indicate that variable Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), Nikkei 225 and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) affect the Composite Stock Price Index-Jakarta Composite Stock Exchange (JKSE). Meanwhile, variable London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100) has no effect on Composite Stock Price Index-Jakarta Composite Stock Exchange (JKSE).
