Abstract
Alternative investment option that is growing in Indonesia today is Islamic stock. Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) is one of the new capital markets launched by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sharia own shares are shares assessed according to the principles of sharia. In the expansion there are also risks that might affect the Islamic stocks, because of fluctuations in the price movement on the stock market is quite high. This condition is usually influenced by several factors such as the exchange rate, inflation and interest rates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables such as exchange rates, inflation and interest rates on stock prices of listed companies in ISSI. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling. a population sample of 142 companies in the period 2013-2014. Methods of data analysis using the multiple linear regression. Results of this study indicate the variables significant negative effect of exchange rate and other variables such as inflation and interest rates positive effect on stock prices of listed companies in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index.
