Abstract
The purpose of this research are to review dividend policy and the influence of return on assets, current ratio, investment opportunity set, and profit growth to the dividend policy. The sample is taken from companies included in the Indonesia Sharia stock index during the period 2011 - 2014. By using purposive sampling, the sample of this research are 100 samples or 25 companies. To review dividend policy, use descriptive analysis on the value of dividend payout ratio. On the other hand, to analysis influenced of the independent variable on the dependent variable use multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are shows that the variable return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR), and profit growth have significant influence to the dividend policy. While the variable investment opportunity set does not have a significant influence to the dividend policy. Through test is simultaneously proved that all variable used influential significant against dividend payout ratio of 39,7%, while the rest of 60,3% influenced by another factor is not expressed in the study. Key words: dividend policy, dividend payout ratio, return on assets, current ratio, investment opportunity set, and profit growth.
