Abstract
The financial management behavio r has become prevailing issue nowadays. This is due tothe society’s behavior of consumptions in Indonesia, no exeception in Madura. Thisstudy aims to examine the relationship between Spiritual Intellegence, Financial Literacy, andLocus of Control on Financ ial Management Behavior. The sample consists of 110 respondents, in Madura in which they were taken by means of Purposive Sampling. The characteristic of respondentssuch as they live in Madura, labor force, and they have income equal to Rp 4.000.000. Using Structural Equation Modeling on PLS, this research found that no directeffect on Financial Management Behavior by Financial Lietracy and Spiritual Intellegence. Locus ofControl is positively related to Financial Management Behavior, and Locus of Control m ediatesthe effect of Spiritual Intellegence on Financial Management Behavior.
