Abstract

This study provides insights into factors affecting to the decision to use of mobile banking in Surabaya, Indonesia. The purpose of study was to determine effect of perceived usefulness, ease of use, perceived cost and trust against the customer’s decision to use PermataMobile SMARTCX Permata Bank in Surabaya. The Populations of research were customers of Permata Bank in Surabaya who use mobile banking. Usin g sample 84 respondents which were slected based on the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. This research using SPSS 21 for Windows. Methods of data collections using questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data were analyzed using analysis Vali dity, Reliability, Descriptive, Classical Assumptions test, linear t test. Based on the calculations and result that Perceived Usefulness and Trust have a significant effect against decision to use PermataMobile SMARTCX Permata Bank. Ease of Use and Percei ved Cost are note have significant effect against customer decision to use PermataMobile SMARTCX Permata Bank in Surabaya Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Ease of Use, Perceived Cost, Trust, Decision to Use, PermataMobile
