Abstract
Every human being is someone who willn’t satisfied with the result. Because in the era modern this, as the society must can arrange money to set aside to invest.So that outcome and income walk with balanced. Investment could in assets real and financial as sets. People should be preparing for invest, because investment can be profitable for the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of overconfidence, risk tolerance, and factors demographic (age, education, income, work) on investme nt decision making of Gresik’s Society. This study used proposive sampling method. Research objects of this study are investos who lived in Gresik. There are 100 respondents taken from questionnaire by survey method. This study used instrument Multiple Regression Analysis and One - way Analysis of Variance. The result of this study showed that overconfidence has a significant influence on investment decision making of the Gresik’s society. While risk tolerance and factors demographic have not a significant influence on investment decision making of the Gresik’s society. Key words: Investment Decision Making, Overconfidence, Risk Tolerance, Demographic Factors.
