Abstract
The purpose of this study was to Determine the effect of dividend policy, funding decisions and investment decisions on the value of the company. The po pulation of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012 - 2015. The sample in this study consisted of 17 manufacturing companies. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and data sources use d in this research is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the dividend policy and no significant positive effect on the value of the company, funding decisions and significant positive effect on firm value and investment decis ions and no significant posittive effect on firm value. The coefficient of de termination of the model shows 8.3% while the remaining 91.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research.
