Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine LDR,IPR,LAR,APB,NPL,IRR,BOPO, and FBIR toward ROA simultaneously and partially. This research explains how the independent variabels cause significant influence on the dependent variable or not. This research used secondary data and collectin g method in this research used documentation method. The data are taken from published financial report of Regional Development Banks begun from first quarter at year 2011 until secondquarter at year 2016. The technique of data analysis used multiple linea r regression analysis. It shows that LDR, IPR, LAR ,APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have significant effect toward ROA on Regional Development Banks. In addition LDR partially have positive significant effect toward ROA on Regional Developmen t Banks. IPR,LAR, NPL, FBIR partially have positive unsignificant effect toward ROA on Regional Development Banks. APB partially have negative unsignificant effect toward ROA on Regional Development Banks. BOPO partially Negative has significant effect toward ROA on Regional Development Banks. Key words : Ratio, Asset Quality, Sensitivity Market, and Efficiency
